CONSULTANT O&G & SURGEON (RESIDENT CUM VISITING)

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must Registered with Malaysian Council (MMC), National Specialist Register (NSR), and have a valid current APC 

 

NURSE AIDE

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

 

  • Provide hands-on care to patients in a variety of hospital settings.
  • Perform routine tasks under the supervision of registered nurses.
  • To assist General Physician and Specialist during care or treatment.
  • Take patient's temperate, pulse, and respiration rate.
  • Take blood pressure and determine if range is abnormal.
  • Answer calls for help and determine if additional help is needed.
  • Set up equipment.
  • Store and move supplies.
  • Report violent behavior.
  • Follow proper procedures for lifting and moving patients.
  • Maintained and updated patient record and provide administrative assistance.
  • Maitained daily clinic cleanlines.


Requirements:

  • Candidates must posses at least SPM, STPM, or Certificate in Nursing.
  • Well groomed, professional, with cheerful disposition.
  • Must have keen interest in medical field.
  • Required language(s): English and Malay. 

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

 

  • Greeting clients and patients by name in a friendly manner
  • Becoming well acquainted with and using the computer system
  • Organizing and maintaining patient records, consent forms, payment forms, etc
  • Answering in and out bound calls, research, insurance and adjustment identification to ensure proper account resolution.
  • Obtains current patient information from established and new patients
  • Identifies payer source, verifies insurance eligibility, financial status and assigns correct pay type.
  • Communicates with customers in a courteous, professional, cooperative and mature manner
  • Handles patients' questions, complaints, problems and concerns, explains policies and procedures to patients
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.  
  • Report to the department lead or supervisor if have issues related to patients.  

 

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM, STPM, or Certificate in Nursing.
  • Well groomed, professional, with cheerful disposition.
  • Detail oriented with good interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Willing to work extra-hours.
  • Must have keen interest in medical field.
  • Required language(s): English and Malay.

 

 

STAFF NURSE (MIDWIFE & OPERATION THEATRE)

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY TO INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

 

  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively with O&G specialist doctors and head nurse in the smooth operations.
  • Ensures efficient and coordinated ward flow with a team of medical and nursing professionals in assessment.
  • Assisting doctors in procedure and consultations by coordinating and planning ward activities. 

 

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess a valid Post Basic Certificate, Diploma in Nursing, registered with Malaysia Nursing Board with valid current APC
  • Preferably with 3 years of working experience.
  • Applicant must willing to work in Bandar Puteri Puchong.
  • Chinese are encouraged to apply.
